This really was a nice clean and spacious rooms and cheap to me I'm the type that read reviews but this was kinda of a last min thing so I booked 1st then went to the reviews and alot of them had me nervous but after the stay I realize I must got lucky because I did see any of the things the bad reviews said

I loved the location we were within a 15 minute drive to every where we went I definitely loved the hotel was a little disappointed that the website advertise breakfast definitely need to update that but because of covid the restaurant was closed other than that everything was awesome

everything except if you stay in room 100 you can hear everyone go in and out of the main door. they provide mini fridges but no microwaves.

Great spot if you’re needing to go to the PNC pavilion. Charlotte doesn’t have much public transport so Uber is the best way I got around and it was super easy going to this hotel, with freeways close by. Staff are super lovely and my room was massive and clean. The bed was really comfy!

I loved everything about my stay. Friendly staff. The location was near everything. The room was exquisite. The view overlooking the pool and the courtyard was phenomenal. I was just passing through on my way from Pittsburgh PA to Georgia where I just relocated, and I honestly wish I could have stayed at least another night. And also I've recently stay in an in town suite and another exclusive hotel that I will not name and the microwaves we're dirty in both places. And the microwave in my room at the Sonesta of course with clean.
